This User Agreement sets out the terms on which Wazobia Express IT Services offers you access to and use of our sites and services. You agree to comply with all of the above when using our Services. For information regarding the processing of personal data, please see our User Privacy Notice.

 1. Commencement, Term, Renewal

Your date of registration on our website shall be the commencement date and the agreement shall remain valid and binding for as long as you continue to use our services.

2. Marketing Tools/Support, Products, Availability of products etc.

Order once placed on the website by the customer shall have to be honoured by the Vendor at all costs. Or valid explanation given to the customer within 24hours if the order cannot be processed.

3. Fee/Commissions etc

Wazobiaexpress shall charge a renewal/commission fee representing fee for providing listing, web hosting, domain and logistics management depending on the type of subscription per user.

4. Order, Handling, Delivery etc.

Orders for the product received from the wazobiaexpress.com shall be forwarded to the Vendor via email/Telephone.

 The Seller shall upon receipt of the order immediately arrange to deliver the products to the designated address as early as possible. In any case, the dispatch shall be made within 2(two) days of the receipt of the Order. In case the seller fails to dispatch the product within the aforesaid time, it has to return feedback to the Wazobiaexpress Support team or communicated to the buyer. No delay is permissible and any delay caused shall be considered as breach of the agreement and be one of the cause for termination of service and subsequent delisting from wazobiaexpress marketplace.

The Seller shall ensure that the products dispatched are of the specifications ordered and there is no variation whatsoever. The necessary guarantee/warranty shall be provided by the seller to the customer.

The seller agrees to replace the defective products supplied to the customer at his/her own cost and shall not hold the Wazobia Express IT services responsible in any manner whatsoever.

5. Using our services

 You will not:

a) breach or circumvent any laws, third-party rights or our policies

b) sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties;

c) fail to pay for items purchased by you,

d) manipulate the price of any item or interfere with any other user's listings;

e) post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content;

f) Interfere with the Feedback or ratings systems without our consent.

g) Send spam mails, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, to any customer’s phone, email or address.

h) use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access our Services for any purpose;

i) infringe any Intellectual Property Rights that belong to third parties affected by your use of the Services or post content that does not belongs to you;

6. Suspension of account:

We may limit, suspend, or terminate your user account(s) and access to our Services if you go against our user agreement or against the goal of the marketplace

7. Listing of product.

Sellers are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the contents posted on their page. Wazobiaexpress marketplace shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies seen on the seller’s page.

8. Buying of products:

When buying an item, you agree that;

you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making payment.

you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item immediately you make payment or commitment for the product or services
