At WazobiaExpress Marketplace, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. Our delivery services support both local and nationwide fulfillment through our trusted vendors and logistics partners.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Nigeria, with a focus on hyperlocal deliveries within the seller’s immediate community. Delivery to some remote areas may be subject to availability of courier services.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for eligible products. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM local time.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Applies to most local orders placed before 5:00 PM.
  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days depending on location.
  • Extended Areas: Delivery may take 5–10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or logistics issues.

4. Delivery Fees

Fees are based on distance, weight/volume, and courier costs. Charges are shown at checkout. Free delivery may apply during promotions or for high-value orders.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is shipped. You can also track orders in your WazobiaExpress account under "My Orders."

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable, our couriers will attempt to reach you. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to the seller and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Seller Deliveries

For hyperlocal transactions, sellers may arrange deliveries themselves or offer pickup options. Coordination is done directly between buyer and seller.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged or incomplete, notify us within 24 hours. Include photos and your order number for quick resolution.

9. Change of Delivery Address

You may change your delivery address before dispatch by contacting customer service. Changes are not guaranteed once an order is dispatched.
